- Promotion of ACEC 2006 in Adelaide
- The promotion for ACEC 2006 was the most vibrant ever seen. As part of promotion for 2006, several Chapter members from FNQ Cairns travelled to very cold and wet, wintery Adelaide to promote what Cairns can uniquely boast in July - sun, brilliant weather, a great outdoor leisure experience and a fantastic setting for a conference to boot. Thanks to Chapter people who volunteered to give up their holidays in the best place in the world, to promote the 2006 event. Thanks also to all the Queenslanders who proudly wore the stickers every day to remind everyone about where they can spend their 2006 conference break.
