The Trade Stage is an elevated stage area 4.8m x 1.8m. It is located in the main Trade Hall and will have approximately 20 chairs set out in front of it.
What to bring?
You will need to provide everything you need for your presentations.
Free-standing signs and banners will be permitted on the stage for the duration of your presentation.
There is broadband wireless access available for delegates in the trade hall areas. You will need a wireless card in your laptop to take advantage of this service. The service is free to all delegates and speakers.
The Program Book entry
Your title, name and abstract will appear in the program booklet. Your title and abstract should intrigue and attract delegates to attend your presentation.
You will be notified of your timeslot shortly. Each session lasts for 30 minutes with a 5 minute buffer in between.
Set up and pull down
You will need to do this fairly quickly. A timekeeper will be on hand to let you know when you need to finish the presentation and assist with set-up and pack-up of any display.
Speakers may want to test equipment, internet access and connection to display devices before your presentation. There will be periodic speaker’s briefings before and during the conference and there is a speakers preparation room available to use throughout the conference.
If you are not a trader or sponsor, you are entitled to a speakers rate of $495. We expect all speakers to register by July 31 to confirm their program slot.
