The booking form will need to be returned with your deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stand or space hire charge, by December 5, 2005.Payment can be made by cheque, Visacard, Mastercard or Bankcard.
The balance of charges must be paid in full by 31 March 2006, or may be paid in 6 monthly installments or 6 Autopay payments from September 2005 to March 2006.
On receipt of your booking form and deposit, you will be invoiced according to your selection for payment.
Early bookings are essential, as exhibition space is limited and we have early indications of a high demand. Cancellations prior to the 31 March will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations after this date will be invoiced 50% of the exhibition cost.
